A new boutique hotel, “Residence at the Water Mill,” has opened in Pervomaisk on the Syniukha River. The 200-year-old water mill now operates as a hotel, a location for enchanting photoshoots, and a venue for special events.
The cheapest room can be booked for 1600 UAH per night on weekdays and 1900 UAH per night on weekends. An additional bed costs 700 UAH per night. Guests are treated to exquisite brunches daily on the hotel’s panoramic terrace from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Booking is mandatory. Plans include opening a museum where visitors can see the 200-year-old wooden water mill in action.
