In May 2019, passenger traffic at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv International Airport (Zhuliany) decreased by 0.6% compared to the same period of time in 2018 and amounted to 229.400 people. 223.800 passengers were carried on international routes, 5.6 thousand passengers – on domestic routes. A total of 2565 flights were operated in March 2019, which is 13.8% less than in May 2018.
The most popular international destinations in May 2019 were Sharm el-Sheik (Egypt), Warsaw (Poland), Minsk (Belarus), Ankara (Turkey), Vienna (Austria), Antalya (Tukey) and Rome (Italy). The most popular domestic destinations- Odesa, Zaporizhzhya, and Lviv.
