Ukrainian network Lviv Croissants has opened its first establishment in Bratislava. The franchise was acquired by a Ukrainian who has lived in Slovakia for many years and has experience in the restaurant business. Lviv Croissants debuted on the European market in the fall of 2022, opening its first venue outside Ukraine in the Polish city of Zgierz. Currently, the chain operates 11 restaurants in Poland, with the recent addition of the first restaurant in Bratislava. The initial partner for Lviv Croissants in Slovakia is a Ukrainian national who has long resided there and has management experience in the restaurant industry.
Lviv Croissants specializes in a single-product concept, focusing on freshly baked croissants with hearty and sweet fillings, which form the cornerstone of their menu. However, the new venue in Bratislava features unique items tailored to local tastes that are not available in Ukraine. Croissants are central to the brand’s identity and are exclusively produced in Lviv; there are no plans to start production in Slovakia.
The establishment is located in the heart of Bratislava, on Hviezdoslav Square.
