A new 5-story hotel is set to be built near the Lviv Hotel, with construction beginning on an undeveloped plot between Chornovola Avenue and Kulisza Street, close to the Forum Lviv shopping mall. The hotel will offer 110 hotel rooms and 20 apartments, alongside 26 parking spaces for guests.
This new development is part of a broader plan for the area, as the company behind the project had originally planned to build a six-story hotel on the same plot back in 2021. At that time, the city’s architecture and urban planning council approved the design, which featured cascading floors and a rooftop restaurant with a terrace. The new design, however, has since been revised to a 5-story structure, but it still promises to bring a modern hospitality option to this bustling part of the city.
The development highlights the ongoing expansion of Lviv’s hospitality and infrastructure sectors, with new projects catering to both tourists and business travelers. The location’s proximity to Forum Lviv, a major shopping and entertainment complex, further enhances its appeal, making it an ideal spot for visitors to explore the city’s rich culture while enjoying modern amenities.
