Despite the ongoing war in Ukraine, one of the largest apart-hotels in Odesa, ARCHotel, is set to open in the Arcadia district in the first quarter of 2025. The 13-story complex with an area of 17,100 sq. m. will feature 334 apartments, currently priced from $66,000 to $533,000.
Construction of the project began a year before the full-scale invasion, and while the war has significantly reduced Odesa’s tourist appeal, the developers are pushing ahead with completion and sales.
ARCHotel is the only 5-star hotel in the Arcadia district.
