A new luxury hotel complex, Dzen Residence, will be constructed in the Carpathian Mountains, bringing a unique blend of nature and Japanese design to the region. Located in the village of Yablunytsia in the Ivano-Frankivsk region of Ukraine, the complex will sit 960 meters above sea level, offering stunning panoramic views of the Chornohirskyi Range.
Spanning over 8 hectares, Dzen Residence will feature a range of accommodation options. It will consist of 86 standalone cottages in five categories, as well as a condohotel with 60 rooms in three categories. Each cottage will offer views of Mount Hoverla, while the condohotel’s rooms will face Mount Petros, ensuring that every guest can enjoy the breathtaking landscapes.
The hotel complex will offer a variety of facilities, including:
- A bio-pool and spa center with five types of saunas
- A relaxation area with a bonfire, designated spaces for tea ceremonies, and yoga sessions
- Two restaurants with panoramic views and a food court in the coworking zone
- A large parking area
- A 15-meter-high forest canopy walk and a pedestrian zone surrounding the river
- A venue for business events, exhibitions, and festivals
- Trout ponds and koi carp pools
- A mineral-rich spring
- Two paddle tennis courts
For business meetings and conferences, the complex will feature a large event hall, ensuring a versatile space for corporate gatherings.
Construction of Dzen Residence will be carried out in two phases, with the complex expected to open in 2025. The project is being developed by AI Development, while Ribas Hotels Group will manage the hotel upon completion. This new addition to the Carpathian region promises to be a luxurious and serene destination for both relaxation and business.
