After three years of complete reconstruction and renovation, hotel operator Premier Hotels and Resorts is ready to launch Premier Hotel Odesa in the building previously known by the name Yunist Hotel. The sixteen-story hotel has a favorable location — on Frantsuz’kiy Boulevard, near Arcadia, the entertainment center of the city. The windows open the picturesque view of the city landscape, seacoast and botanical park.
The design of the hotel was developed by the Italian design bureau Alpenmade Contract S.r.l. and the studio PLAN BUREAU. The architectural project was undertaken by the company S. Babushkin and Partners.
For the first guests, Premier Hotel Odesa will be open in July 2020. Hotel accommodations feature 202 rooms of different categories. The hotel offers wellness-center with a large pool, accessible year-round, and fine dining with thematic restaurants and bars. Room rates start at 1800 UAH per night. The pearl of the hotel, located on the 16th floor, is the panoramic Roof 360 Bar and Lounge a chic cocktail bar with newly-interpreted versions of famous cocktails. The bar opens a bird`s eye sea view. Food pairing, fusion cuisine, the best DJs — everything for an unforgettable vacation.

- The La Fiera signature restaurant serving both breakfast and an à la carte menu. A feature of the restaurant is a delicious collection of premium local wines and bottles of wine hand-picked from the best wineries in the world.
- Mediterranean restaurant Mare DiVino features a unique cheese room with tantalising mix of more than 60 types of cheese. Both restaurants are located on the second floor of the hotel and connected to the summer terrace.
- Decorative manmade waterfall and bio-fireplace — a sophisticated design solution creates a welcoming and harmonious atmosphere.
- The hotel has a separate floor only for conference services, meetings and events, that are remarkably convenient and flexible for any type of event. Hotel meetings and events venue is represented by five rooms with a total area of 725 m² with excellent conference facilities. The maximum capacity of the largest hall is up to 350 persons.
The walking distance to the major business center of Odesa allows you to comfortably combine business travel and leisure. The distance to Arcadia is 500 meters, to the city center (Deribasivska St.) — 6 km, to Odesa Airport — 7.8 km, to the railway station — 4 km.
