Ryanair is planning to cut 20% of its flights from Warsaw’s Modlin Airport. Starting January 8, the airline will modify its flight schedule from Modlin, resulting in the cancellation of 15 flights and a reduction in flight frequency on 16 routes, as reported by 24tv.
As part of the adjustment, some flights are expected to be relocated to Warsaw’s Chopin Airport. Routes affected by the changes include flights to Bologna, Liverpool, and Naples. The move is aimed at optimizing the airline’s route network.
Flights from Warsaw that will be canceled:
- Warsaw – Amman
- Warsaw – Edinburgh
- Warsaw – Helsinki
- Warsaw – Naples
- Warsaw – Riga
Flights to be transferred from Modlin to Chopin:
- Warsaw – Bologna
- Warsaw – Liverpool
- Warsaw – Naples
This decision reflects Ryanair’s ongoing efforts to streamline its operations and adjust its route network to better align with changing demand and operational considerations.
