The flights will take place for informational purposes, in order to find the interest of tourists from both countries, as well as develop business ties. These flights became possible thanks to the desire of the regional and local authorities, the administration of the Lviv Danylo Halytskyi International Airport, as well as the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Ukraine, to promote intensification of air connection between states.
People in the Mangystau region show strong interest in tourism to the Carpathian resorts. And even more, before 1991, Aktau was named after Shevchenko, therefore, the establishment of such an air connection has not only social and economic significance but is also associated with the restoration and development of historical and cultural ties.
SkyUp expresses gratitude for the help in organizing flights to Grymak Iryna, Chairman of the Lviv Regional Council; Kozitsky Maksim, Chairman of the Lviv Regional State Administration; Romanovska Tetiana, General Director of the State Enterprise Lviv Danylo Halytskyi International Airport; Kaletaev Darkhan Amanovich, Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Ukraine.
