Ukraine International Airlines keeps migrating to the new Amadeus Altea web check-in system and, therefore, introducing the system at the carrier`s base and off-base airports.
Currently, web check-in is available to UIA passengers departing from:
• Ukraine: Dnipro, Kiev, Lviv, Odesa, and Kharkiv;
• Europe: Athens, Barcelona, Berlin, Bologna, Warsaw, Vienna, Venice, Vilnius, Dusseldorf, Larnaca, Milan, Munich, Prague, Riga, Rome, Stockholm, and Frankfurt;
• CIS countries: Minsk and Chisinau;
• North America: New York;
• Asia: Amman, Ankara, Baku, Yerevan, Colombo, Kutaisi, Beijing, Istanbul, Tbilisi, and Tel Aviv.
To use web check-in, a passenger should visit the UIA website of log in the UIA check-in app within the period of 48 – 1 hour prior to scheduled departure, fill out his personal and flight details, and receive an e-boarding pass.
Currently, passengers may check-in online via all stationary and Android-based portable devices. Shortly, iOS- users will be also provided with an opportunity to use web check-in.
UIA expects to introduce the new web check-in system across its network in late April 2017.
