Uklon has launched the “Inclusive” class, the company’s press service reports.
The “Inclusive” car class is available in Kyiv and its suburbs within a radius of 20 km. Class cars are equipped with a hydraulic or mechanical lift, a ramp, special safety belts and fasteners for fixing a wheelchair.
The project is currently in beta, after which the company plans to scale it up.
The goal is to provide an opportunity for free movement to people who have problems with the musculoskeletal system or other disabilities.
In the Uklon application, you need to enter the route and choose the appropriate class. The car driver will help to transfer luggage or personal belongings.
All trips are carried out by professional drivers who have received training from Dosztno.UA on communication and interaction with people with musculoskeletal disorders.
The price of a trip by an inclusive class car is 30% less than the standard fare. All revenue from trips in this class will be used to cover operational costs: driver salaries, fuel purchases, etc.
