The agreement provides for the possibility of citizens of Ukraine and Guatemala making mutual visa-free trips for a period of up to 90 days within 180 days, as reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
According to the Agreement, a mutual visa-free travel regime for all categories of citizens is established between Ukraine and Guatemala on a permanent basis.
“Ukraine and Guatemala have friendly and partnership relations. Guatemala firmly supports our state in countering Russian aggression. When the visa-free agreement enters into force, it will allow strengthening people-to-people contacts, promote the development of business, cultural exchanges, and tourist trips,” said Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba following the approval of the draft agreement at the government meeting.
