The Cabinet of Ministers has included the Ukraine Hotel in the list of objects for large-scale privatization of state property.
This is stated in the order dated April 23, 2024, No. 352-r.
Earlier, the State Property Fund assessed the Ukraine Hotel at over one billion hryvnias.
It was reported that the State Property Fund plans to put the Ukraine Hotel in Kyiv up for privatization.
The Cabinet of Ministers took the three-star hotel “Kazatsky”, located in the center of Kyiv on Independence Square, away from the Ministry of Defense and transferred it to the management of the State Property Fund for privatization.
