To reduce peak loads on its systems and make the app more convenient and faster to use, Ukrzaliznytsia (Ukrainian Railways) has changed the opening times for online sales of tickets for international trains.
Ticket sales will now start as follows:
- Polish direction (Przemysl, Dorohusk, Chelm, Warsaw): sales start at 09:00, 20 days before the departure date.
- Slovak and Austrian directions: sales start at 08:00, 20 days in advance.
- Moldovan direction: sales start at 08:00, 30 days in advance.
All sales will start simultaneously on the Ukrzaliznytsia website and in the app. The opening of sales for all domestic flights will remain at 08:00.
