Katowice Airport is set to become even more connected with exciting new flight routes announced by Wizz Air and Ryanair.
On 27 October 2025 (Monday), Wizz Air will launch its first flight connecting Katowice Airport with Billund, Denmark. This route will operate three times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, offering travelers convenient access to Denmark’s popular tourist and business destinations.
Meanwhile, Ryanair has revealed its plans for a new seasonal route connecting Katowice Airport to Budapest, Hungary. The first flight will take off on 3 July 2025 (Thursday), with flights available twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays. This seasonal service will run until 23 October 2025.
These new routes are expected to boost travel options for passengers, enhancing connectivity between Poland, Denmark, and Hungary.
