Wizz Air has launched its 2017 winter schedule for Romania. Wizz Air is increasing its flight frequencies across the Romanian network with an average of 13% and offers more than 3 million seats for the winter season, on 133 low-fare routes to 22 countries across Europe and beyond, from 10 Romanian airports.
For 2017, WIZZ has already announced starting 14 new routes to nine countries from Romania, as well adding additional aircraft to its bases in Cluj-Napoca and Craiova. This year Wizz Air will have 22 aircraft based in Romania, including 5 of the ultra-efficient brand new 230-seat Airbus A321, employing over 750 customer-oriented crew. Already the largest airline in Romania, since the very first flight in 2007 WIZZ has carried more than 28 million passengers to and from Romania on its low-fares paired with excellent on-board service.
