Wizz Air today announced a new sunny route from Poland. Starting on 30 June, the newest WIZZ service will connect Warsaw with Agadir in Morocco with two weekly flights. Seats can be booked on wizzair.com from just €29.99/129 PLN.
Located in southern Morocco, Agadir is a popular holiday destination. It is surrounded by the Anti Atlas on the Atlantic coast with many national parks and spacious beaches, which are all within easy reach to the city. Agadir is a new destination, Morocco is a new country in the WIZZ network, which now consists of 140 airports in 42 countries.
Wizz Air has now over 200 customer-oriented crew and six aircraft based in Warsaw. The airline has recently started two new routes from the Polish capital to Billund in Denmark and Santander in Spain and will launch seven further Warsaw services in the summer after basing a seventh aircraft at Chopin Airport. With its new Agadir service, Wizz Air now offers 49 routes to 25 countries from Warsaw Chopin Airport.
In 2016, WIZZ carried 6.9 million passengers on its low fare Polish routes, which represents a 13% growth year over year and supports more than 5,000 local jobs in associated industries. WIZZ now connects its eight Polish airports with 68 destinations across Europe and beyond.
