Wizz Air today announced a new route from Gdansk to Kiev. The new service will commence on 2 August and operate with two weekly flights, on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Tickets are already on sale at wizzair.com starting at only PLN 79.
Wizz Air’s newest Gdansk service to the Ukrainian capital will strengthen business relations between Poland and Ukraine as well as stimulate tourism and hospitality sectors in both countries.
Wizz Air now offers a total of 31 routes to 14 countries from Gdansk. The airline has five aircraft based at Gdansk Lech Walesa Airport employing some 200 dedicated crew, who deliver excellent onboard service on each WIZZ flight. In 2015, Wizz Air carried more than 1,8 million passengers on its low-fare Gdansk routes, supporting over 1300 local jobs.
